The Opyos Rosehip Negroni is a blend of our Dry Gin infused with rosehips, our Opyos Vermouth Rouge de Luxembourg and the Aperitivo from our friends at the Bordiga distillery in Cuneo in Piedmont, Italy. The result is a "ready to drink" cocktail characterised by the multi-layered complexity of our Dry Gin, a hint of floral tones from the maceration of the rosehips, the sweetness and tart notes of our Vermouth Rouge de Luxembourg and the slightly bitter aromas of the Aperitivo.

The result is a "ready to drink" cocktail characterised by subtle sweet almond notes and seductive fruity aromas of our Sloe Gin and complex herbal flavours of the Genepy.

The result is a "ready to drink" cocktail that is characterised by a balance of the characteristic flavours of our Dry Gin, a sweet and sour interplay between lemon juice and sugar as well as exotic and slightly bitter flavours.
