Just like a classic sour, our Opyos Elderflower Gin Sour follows the basic principle of spirit, sweetness & acidity, but like all our bottled cocktails, it is an individual interpretation that focuses on the fine balance between local and typical cocktail ingredients.
The Opyos Elderflower Gin Sour is a blend of our Opyos Luxembourg Dry Gin, elderflower syrup from our friends at Eppelpress, fresh lemon juice and sugar cane. The result is a "ready to drink" cocktail that is characterised by a balance of the characteristic flavours of our Dry Gin, a sweet and sour interplay between lemon juice and sugar as well as exotic and slightly bitter flavours.
